The Massena Jean Médecin district is the central axis of Nice.
On foot, everything is nearby: Avenue Jean Médecin and its many shops, Old Nice, the Promenade des Anglais, the promenade du Paillon and of course the Sea.
All of Nice will be within walking distance: beach, shopping, bars, restaurants or historical visit etc. Ideal strategic location to enjoy the best of Nice.
Regarding parking, be aware that it is difficult to find free parking in Nice.
We recommend the Massena public car park, the entrance to which is at Boulevard Félix Faure.

. Arrival must be scheduled by appointment at least 24 hours before arrival between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
. The day before your arrival we will call you on the number attached to your profile in order to provide you the arrival instructions, please make sure that we can reach you out at this number
. We will be available by phone or Whats App and by message on the platform 7/7 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m
. BAGGAGE DEPOSIT: if necessary for the luggage deposit, use our partner Buddi bags (online reservation directly on their website)
. We can arrange an airport transfer with our preferred partner, please contact us to book this option
. BABY/CHILD EQUIPMENT: if you are traveling with children, have a stroller or a car seat delivered directly to the apartment, the airport or the SNCF station, thanks to our partner Baby On A Trip, to be booked at least 48 hours in advance. (Online booking directly on their website)
. The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure, otherwise you will accept that an additional €30 be deducted from your deposit
. Please take out your trash before your final departure from the accommodation.
. The accommodation is non-smoking, any transgression of this rule will be charged 150€ to cover the costs of cleaning and deodorization.
. One kit of sheets and towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one kit per bed and per stay. If you wish an additional kit or a renewal please notify us 24 hours before, the additional kit will be charged from 25€
. We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags). The products at your disposal are welcome products, they are there to allow you to arrive in complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. It will depend on your personal consumption.
. Only one set of keys will be provided
. The cleaning costs correspond to the cleaning of the accommodation after your departure at the end of your stay, if you want an additional cleaning please contact us in advance we will charge this extra cleaning.
. In the event of an emergency requiring our intervention, we will be able to intervene in the accommodation by appointment between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
. The use of the apartment is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned on the reservation, any foreign presence will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation or the invoicing of additional travelers at the rate of 99€ per additional traveler
. The use of the apartment and all its equipment must be carried out in a 'good father's way and without disturbing the neighborhood
. Parking It can be difficult to find free parking. We advise you to consult the website of the tourist office dedicated to parking issues.
