The Massena Jean Médecin district is the central axis of Nice.

On foot, everything is nearby: Avenue Jean Médecin and its many shops, Old Nice, the Promenade des Anglais, the promenade du Paillon and of course the Sea.

All of Nice will be within walking distance: beach, shopping, bars, restaurants or historical visit etc. Ideal strategic location to enjoy the best of Nice.

Regarding parking, be aware that it is difficult to find free parking in Nice.

We recommend the Massena public car park, the entrance to which is at Boulevard Félix Faure.

From the airport the apartment is accessible by tram for 1.50 €: take line T2 to the "Jean-Medcin" stop. Or in 15 minutes by Uber € 20 or taxi € 35.

. One kit of sheets and towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one kit per bed and per stay. If you wish an additional kit or a renewal please notify us 24 hours before, the additional kit will be charged from 25€
. We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags). The products at your disposal are welcome products, they are there to allow you to arrive in complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. The Promenades des Anglais district is the famous seafront overlooking the Baie des Anges. The beach is in front of the building. Perfect places to enjoy the Mediterranean combining style and comfort. The T2 Tramway will help you reach the historic center or the airport without a car in a few minutes. All shops in the immediate vicinity, supermarket, bakery, banks, tobacco, etc.

Public transport are very reliable also walking around will be easy thanks to the localisation of this flat.
