The Petit Juas district is a quiet residential area, close to shops and just a short walk from the town centre.
The ‘Vallergues’ bus stop is just 2 minutes' walk from the house, giving you easy access to the city of Cannes.
You can also explore the surrounding towns, with the train station just 6 minutes away by car and 13 minutes on foot.
Nice airport is just 30 minutes away.
With the benefit of a garage, you can easily borrow your car and get to the main roads nearby.
Ideally located, you can also get around on foot, by bus or by train.
Occasional gardening work and maintenance of the swimming pool may take place for the comfort of guests. Please be informed that the gardener may access the property for this work during your stay and you must agree to give him access.
. Arrival must be arranged by appointment at least 24 hours before arrival between 3pm and 9pm.

. The kitchen must be cleaned and the crockery washed and put away after your departure. If this is not the case, you accept that a supplement of 30€ will be deducted from your deposit.
. Please take out your rubbish before you leave.
. The accommodation is non-smoking, any transgression of this rule will be charged €150 to cover the cost of cleaning and deodorising.
. A set of sheets and towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one set per bed and per stay. If you would like an extra set or a replacement, please let us know 24 hours in advance. The extra set will be charged at €25.
. We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (soap, toilet paper, bin bags). These products are there to help you arrive feeling at ease. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. This will depend on your personal consumption.
. Two sets of keys will be supplied
. If you require additional cleaning, please contact us in advance. We will charge you for this extra cleaning.
. In the event of an emergency or problem requiring our intervention, we will be able to intervene in the accommodation by appointment between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm.
. The use of the villa is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned on the booking form. Any foreign presence will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking or the invoicing of additional travellers at the rate of 99€ per traveller.
. Unjustified displacements by our team due to travellers not following the hosts' instructions or not knowing how to use the functional equipment provided will be billed at €49.
