This contemporary villa is nestled in the mythical Cap d'Antibes, overlooking the Baie des Anges. This elegant and luxurious 220 m² 2-storey property + 110m2 of terrace will comfortably accomodate 10 people. It displays every top end amenities: Large roof top terrace with sun deckchairs & swimming pool huge living room, open-plan fitted kitchen, 5 bedrooms including one with en suite facilities, 5 bathrooms, air conditioning,, Wifi fibre, multiple lounge areas, BBQ, garage & parking.
Our 1950s-style architecture villa is entirely air-conditioned and has a total surface area of 220m2 on 2 floors + 110m2 of terrace. The house was fully refurbished in 2020.
WIFI fibre is provided in all rooms of the house.
The 900m2 of garden surround the building. It is planted with mediterranean vegetation, magnificent umbrella pines and grass. It is entirely secured and fenced.
Level 0 of the villa is reached by a few steps and comprises :
- A large lounge terrace with large sofas and a coffee table.
- An entrance hall serving 5 guest bedrooms of approx. 25m2 each.
- An air-conditioned master suite with 180cm bed, large open-plan cupboards and large picture windows opening onto a terrace. All materials are of the highest quality. This master bedroom has an open marble bathroom with walk-in shower, large mirror and washbasin, as well as a bathtub set in a corner, in front of a window facing the garden. The shutters are operated electrically. This room is also equipped with a wide-screen television.
- 4 other identical bedrooms with individual climate control complete this floor. Each has a surface area of around 25m2 with a 180cm double bed and its own marble bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. There is plenty of open storage space with wardrobes, bedside tables, lamps and adjustable ceiling lighting, as well as modern, well-cared-for decoration. All rooms open onto the outside or garden via large sliding windows. 3 of the bedrooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs.
The property has large windows opening onto the garden. An open designer stairway leads up to the +1 level and the living area, which consists of:
- A large, high-end kitchen featuring: traditional and microwave ovens, fridge, freezer, wine cellar, induction hob, and dishwasher. Our guests will find all the tableware for 10 people, as well as equipment and cutlery for preparing meals, a Nespresso machine, a kettle and a toaster. The kitchen has plenty of integrated storage space. This room is flooded with light, as the glass roof allows you to see the floor of the swimming pool on the upper level! There is a dining table with 5 stools.
-A large terrace and accessible via roof-sliding window, with its own table and chairs. This terrace receives plenty of natural light, so that you can take your meals in the coolest conditions, especially at the warmest times of the year. From here, guests can enjoy a beautiful sea view over the Baie des Anges.
- The living area features a large dining table and chairs for up to 10 people, who can also enjoy a beautiful sea view.
- Huge, comfy three-sided sofa and coffee table opposite a large-screen TV and large sliding windows offering breathtaking views over Antibes and the Baie des Anges.
- 2 outdoor areas with lounge chairs and coffee table are also located on this level, allowing you to relax facing the sea.
- A guest toilet with wash-hand basin is also located on this level, as is a utility room with washing machine and dryer.
An internal staircase with an electric skydome leads to the viewing terrace on level 2. This vast outdoor space, under parasol pines and around 100m2 in size, has a magical view over the sea and the Bay of Antibes:
- A 4mx3m swimming pool with transparent bottom
- A dining table and chairs
- deckchairs with numerous parasols
A remote-controlled garage is also available. 2 other cars can also be stored in the garden lane.

Cap d'Antibes is one of the Côte d'Azur's most popular peninsulas and one of the most exclusive spots on the Riviera, home to many châteaux, large domains and villas.
The history of Cap d'Antibes is linked to that of the town of Antibes, whose outstanding site has been known since the most ancient times.
The site was visited by celebrities from the film world, mainly during the Cannes Film Festival, which raised the profile of the area. It was around the middle of the 19th century that Cap d'Antibes really began to flourish. At that time, prosperous tourists from all over Europe, notably England and Russia, explored the area and built luxurious residences.
With its wild appearance, it offers a unique setting overlooking the Mediterranean Sea.
While public transport is readily available at Cap d'Antibes, it is advisable to use your own car.
Access by car via the A8 Motorway:
From Marseilles: Take exit 44 Antibes Juan-les-Pins and follow the signs, then Antibes centre-ville and Cap d'Antibes.
From Genoa, Menton, Nice: Take exit 47 Villeneuve-Loubet. At the roundabout, after the toll booth, take the first exit, then left towards Antibes. The D6007 runs alongside the Baie des Anges behind the railway line. When you reach Antibes, follow signs for the town centre and Cap d'Antibes.
Continue along the beaches to the Port de la Salis.
For those travelling by train: the SNCF railway stations of Juan les Pins and Antibes are about 15 minutes drive by taxi.
Nice Côte d'Azur international Airport is approximately 40 minutes by taxi.

. The property has stairs, swimming pool, stairs without railings and is therefore not suitable for small children, anyone travelling with children should ensure their safety 24 hours a day as architecturally this 60's villa is not designed to today's safety standards.
. Arrival must be arranged by appointment at least 24 hours before arrival between 3pm and 9pm.
. The day before your arrival we will call you on the number attached to your profile to give you arrival instructions. Please ensure that we can reach you on this number.
. We will be available by phone or Whats App and on the booking platform from 9.00am to 6.00pm 7/7.
. LUGGAGE DEPOSIT: if you need to drop off your luggage, use nannybag (online booking directly on their website).
. We can arrange an airport transfer with our preferred partner. Please contact us to book this option.
. BABY/CHILD EQUIPMENT: if you are travelling with children, have a pushchair or car seat delivered directly to your flat, airport or SNCF train station, thanks to our partner Baby On A Trip, to be booked at least 48 hours in advance. (Book online directly on their website).
. The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure. If this is not the case, you agree to a €30 supplement being deducted from your deposit.
. Please take out your rubbish before you leave.
. The accommodation is non-smoking, any transgression of this rule will be charged 150€ to cover the costs of cleaning and deodorising.
. A set of sheets and towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one set per bed and per stay. If you would like an extra set or a replacement, please let us know 24 hours in advance. The extra set will be charged from €25.
. We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (soap, toilet paper, bin bags). These products are there to help you arrive feeling at ease. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. This will depend on your personal consumption.
. Two sets of keys will be provided
. If you require additional cleaning, please contact us in advance. We will charge you for this extra cleaning.
. In the event of an emergency or problem requiring our intervention, we will be able to intervene in the accommodation by appointment between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm.
. The use of the villa is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned on the booking form. Any foreign presence will result in the immediate cancellation of the booking or the invoicing of additional travellers at the rate of 99€ per traveller.
. Unjustified displacements by our team due to travellers not following the hosts' instructions or not knowing how to use the functional equipment provided will be billed at €49.
