The flat is located in a quiet residential area in the hills of Antibes Juan-Les-Pins, close to main roads and motorways.
The beaches and train station of Juan-les-Pins, Old Antibes and the port of Golf Juan are just 10 minutes away by car.
A bus stop is also located 10 minutes walk from the residence, providing easy access to shops and supermarkets less than a kilometre away.
Nice Côte d'Azur airport is a 20-minute drive away.
Antibes and Juan-les-Pins both have SNCF train stations serving all the major towns on the Côte d'Azur and beyond.
"Envibus" manages the Antibes urban bus network as well as bus routes to neighbouring towns (Biot, Vallauris, Golfe-Juan, Vallbonne, Sophia-Antipolis and Villeneuve-Loubet). The "Ligne d'Azur" buses provide an express service to Nice airport (line 250) as well as a service between Cannes and Nice, with stops at Vallauris, Golfe-Juan, Antibes, Villeneuve-Loubet, Cagnes-sur-Mer, St-Laurent-du-Var and Nice (line 200).

. The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure, otherwise you will accept that an additional 30€ be deducted from your deposit

Numerous supermarkets, boutiques, bars, restaurants and nightclubs are at the foot of the building!
The casino and pine forest are also less than a minute's walk away.
The Juan les Pins train station is only a 2 minute walk from the flat, making it easy and quick to reach the main tourist areas of the region such as Cannes, Nice and Monaco.
Buses will also allow our travellers to reach Antibes city centre and its old town in less than 5 minutes.
