All rooms have air conditioning. Located on the 2nd floor without elevator of a listed building, in the heart of the old town, you are one minute from the beach and less than 5 minutes from the tramway (direct access to the airport). Ideal for a stay as a couple, between friends or in family.

During the day, it is animated by many shops, from the typical ones (selling olives and spices of all kinds, local vegetables or flowers from the region) to the very modern ones (fashionable clothes stores, many tattoo artists) as well as artists' galleries. At night, it is a meeting place and a place to go out for the people of Nice. Its narrow streets are indeed lined with restaurants, pubs and nightclubs of all kinds. You won't be bored!
You will be close to a bakery, a pharmacy and a supermarket.
