🔔 Important Information for Travelers

• Check-in must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance and takes place between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. The day before your arrival, we will contact you via the number linked to your profile to provide arrival instructions — please ensure we can reach you.
• We are available by phone, or Airbnb messaging from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., 7 days a week.
• A valid ID will be required at check-in. The name must match the reservation.

🚭 Non-Smoking Property
The apartment is strictly non-smoking, including the terrace. Any violation will result in a €150 cleaning and deodorization fee.

🛏️ Bed Linen and Towels
One set of bed linen and towels is provided per bed per stay. For an additional set or a replacement, please inform us 24h in advance. The fee starts at €25.

🧴 Welcome Products
We provide a few welcome items (soap, toilet paper, trash bags) to make your arrival easier. These are provided as a courtesy and may not cover your entire stay, depending on your usage.

Only one set of keys is provided per stay.

🚫 Guest Policy
The apartment is strictly reserved for guests listed in the booking. Any additional person will result in either immediate cancellation or a fee of €99 per extra guest.

🧼 Cleaning
The cleaning fee covers end-of-stay cleaning. For additional cleaning during your stay, please request it in advance — extra charges apply.

🚨 Emergencies
In case of emergencies requiring our intervention, we can assist by appointment between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

The Orange Suite is located at 3 mins walk from the sea and the Promenade des Anglais. Located on the 4th floor by stairs. It is equipped with all amenities for your stay: large living room with sofa, TV, reversible air conditioning, dining area, wifi, bedroom double bed 160cm + Ac, bedrooms bunk beds 90cm + AC, sea view balcony and dining table, kitchen equipped, shower room with WC and bidet. Ideal accommodation to enjoy the best of Nice with your family.

It will be ideal for a tourist or professional stay for four. This accommodation includes:

. The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure, otherwise you will accept that an additional €30 be deducted from your deposit
. Please take out your trash before your final departure from the accommodation.
. The accommodation is non-smoking, any transgression of this rule will be charged 150€ to cover the costs of cleaning and deodorization.
. One kit of sheets and towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one kit per bed and per stay. If you wish an additional kit or a renewal please notify us 24 hours before, the additional kit will be charged from 25€
. We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags). The products at your disposal are welcome products, they are there to allow you to arrive in complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay.
