This “Golden Square” shopping district is located between the Promenade des Anglais and Avenue Victor Hugo. Old Nice is accessible in a few minutes on foot or by tram. All shops and services nearby. Many restaurants of all types: Nice, Provençal, French, Lebanese, Indian etc.

. Upon arrival, you will be asked to show proof of identity. The name on the ID must match the name on the booking form.

. BABY/CHILD EQUIPMENT: if you are traveling with children, have a stroller or a car seat delivered directly to the apartment, the airport or the SNCF station, thanks to our partner Baby On A Trip, to be booked at least 48 hours in advance. (Online booking directly on their website)
. The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure, otherwise you will accept that an additional €30 be deducted from your deposit
. Please take out your trash before your final departure from the accommodation.
. The accommodation is non-smoking, any transgression of this rule will be charged 150€ to cover the costs of cleaning and deodorization.
. One kit of sheets and towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one kit per bed and per stay. If you wish an additional kit or a renewal please notify us 24 hours before, the additional kit will be charged from 25€
. We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags). Old Nice is the historic part of the city. The district is animated during the day by many shops, which can be both traditional (sale of olives and spices of all kinds, local vegetables or flowers from the region) and modern (fashionable clothing shops, numerous tattoo artists) as well as artist galleries. By night, old Nice, a must-see place for everyone to meet and go out. Its narrow streets are indeed dotted with restaurants, pubs and nightclubs of all kinds.

Car park
