We propose this vast 3 room apartment full of Provencal charm in a luxury residence with an enchanting sea view ideally nestled in the heart of the iconic Garoupe district at Cap d'Antibes.
It is located a few dozen meters from the beautiful beaches of Juan les Pins and the old town of Antibes, its shops and public transport.
Our flat is comfortable and fully equipped. It is ideal for a relaxing stay while being very close to all amenities.

This large air-conditioned flat is located on the 4th floor of a quiet residence in the secure district of La Garoupe. It is ideal for stays with family or friends.
It opens onto a hallway leading to a spacious living room bathed in light, decorated in a Provencal style with large bay windows opening onto a 40m2 corner terrace offering a fantastic view of the sea and the bay of Juan Les Pins and Cannes.

The living-dining area is equipped with a comfortable sofa, a flat screen TV and a table for 4 people.
The kitchen is independent and also opens onto the terrace. It has a table for 4 people and all the necessary equipment including: oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine and many kitchen utensils. A second refrigerator is also available for travellers.

In the night area, our guests will find a bathroom complete with whirlpool bath and towel dryer.

The 2 bedrooms are comfortable, air-conditioned and each equipped with a 140cm bed. They have large storage cupboards.

The terrace also allows you to have meals outside with its table for 6 people as well as deckchairs to enjoy the exceptional view on the sea.

Linen is provided and includes bed linen and towels and kitchen linen.

There is a lift to a secure garage. There is also a non-private car park for parking a second vehicle.

The Garoupe district is part of the Cap d'Antibes, one of the most prestigious addresses on the French Riviera.
This area is composed of prestigious hotels, sumptuous villas and some of the most beautiful beaches in the region.
Magnificent walks are also possible with the seaside path, a magical place facing the Mediterranean.
The town centre of Juan les Pins is only a few minutes walk away with its shops, restaurants and private sandy beaches. Only 3 kms away, the centre of Antibes also offers its picturesque old town and its marina.
Our guests will also have the opportunity to reach the main attractions of the French Riviera thanks to the public transport to the cities of Cannes, Nice and Monaco

The city centre of Juan les Pins is only a 10-minute walk away. Public transport is also available to reach the city centre of Antibes or Cannes in just a few minutes.
The Juan les Pins train station also provides access to the cities of Nice and Monaco.

Travellers are also reminded that :
. Arrival must be scheduled by appointment at least 24 hours before arrival between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.
. The day before your arrival we will call you on the number attached to your profile in order to provide you the arrival instructions, please make sure that we can reach you out at this number
. We will be available by phone or Whats App and by message on the platform 7/7 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m
. BAGGAGE DEPOSIT: if necessary for the luggage deposit, use our partner NannyBag (online reservation directly on their website)
. We can arrange an airport transfer with our preferred partner, please contact us to book this option
. BABY/CHILD EQUIPMENT: if you are traveling with children, have a stroller or a car seat delivered directly to the apartment, the airport or the SNCF station, thanks to our partner Baby On A Trip, to be booked at least 48 hours in advance. (Online booking directly on their website)
. The kitchen must be cleaned and the dishes washed and put away after your departure, otherwise you will accept that an additional 30€ be deducted from your deposit
. Please take out your trash before your final departure from the accommodation.
. The accommodation is non-smoking, any transgression of this rule will be charged 150€ to cover the costs of cleaning and deodorization.
. One kit of sheets and towels will be provided for your arrival on the basis of one kit per bed and per stay. If you wish an additional kit or a renewal please notify us 24 hours before, the additional kit will be charged from 25€
. We will provide you with welcome products for your arrival (soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags). The products at your disposal are welcome products, they are there to allow you to arrive in complete peace of mind. We cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for your entire stay. It will depend on your personal consumption.
. Only one set of keys will be provided
. The cleaning costs correspond to the cleaning of the accommodation after your departure at the end of your stay, if you want an additional cleaning please contact us in advance we will charge this extra cleaning.
. In the event of an emergency requiring our intervention, we will be able to intervene in the accommodation by appointment between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
. The use of the apartment is strictly reserved for the persons mentioned on the reservation, any foreign presence will result in the immediate cancellation of the reservation or the invoicing of additional travelers at the rate of 99€ per additional traveler
. The use of the apartment and all its equipment must be carried out in a 'good father's way and without disturbing the neighborhood
